Donna - Master Gardener
Body Rolling is great. I love the simplicity and ease of body rolling and it ends up helping a problem I have with my leg. I keep balls handy -- upstairs, downstairs and in the car. That way I can use them on the spur-of-the-moment. The cost of body rolling ends up being really reasonable therapy. It's the best!

Nancy - Realtor
Body Rolling has given me an opportunity to release groups of muscles in a non-invasive way therefore giving me relief from the discomfort of fibromyalgia. As Janice teaches the technique, she offers a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, along with an explanation of what is happening so you not only get results you have a tool that can be used on a daily basis.

Erin - Graduate Student
I started Body Rolling with the hope that it would help to provide relief for the pain and spasticity I experience due to multiple sclerosis. I have found body rolling to be among the most effective body work methodologies I have tried. Within the last 4 months, body rolling has been so beneficial that I am less dependent on pain medication. The balls provide the passive facilitation my muscles need in order to release. Working with Janice has allowed me to learn techniques that I use at home, in my office, and even during long plane flights.

Ann - Massage Therapist
I am a massage therapist and I find bodyrolling wonderfully helpful in maintaining myself. I go to class feeling tight and constricted, and come home with what I call melted muscles because they feel so warm and buttery. I purchased two of the balls and often roll around on the living room floor while we watch our TV programs, much to my husband's amusement. He's a carpenter and has plenty of sore and tight muscles himself. I showed him how to bodyroll and now he does it almost every evening along with me. I highly recommend this technique for flexibility, stretching and strength-building. Also, Janice is asuperb instructor.
