Body therapy can be immensely effective, creating long lasting change. However, it is important to have a self help tool to maintain well being.

body rollingMy tool of choice is Yamuna Body Rolling. I am a certified instructor of Yamuna Body Rolling and Yamuna Foot Fitness and have been teaching classes since 2000.

Body rolling is a safe way to stretch and lengthen muscles. It is deeply relaxing and people in chronic pain use the ball to create comfort and enhance sleep. Athletes use body rolling as a warm up to sport and as a cool down. People who over exert (say in their garden) can use body rolling to ease those tight muscles. People with fibromyalgia use the ball to relieve pain and prevent a flareup. Yamuna Foot Fitness allows you to continually rebuild foot function.
